mental health というのは、文字通りには「精神の健康」「心の健康」ですが、ちょっと遠回しにオブラートに包んだ表現ですね。日本語でもそうですが、障害やハンディキャップなどを抱える人たちを表現する際には、いろんな配慮がなされます。
例えば、「障がい者」は
