フェイクニュースを作る連中は、記事をでっちあげたり匿名の（実在しない）情報源を使って、おかしなことになっている。
They are totally unhinged, and the great success of this Administration is making them do and say things that even they can’t believe they are saying.
奴らは本当に精神不安定で、この政権が成し遂げたことは、連中ですら信じていないことをやらせたり言わせたりするまでにさせたことだ。

トランプ氏の手法というのは、具体的にどの報道がフェイクか指摘せずに一律にレッテルを貼ってマスコミ批判の風潮を作り出し、マスコミをこころよく思っていない国民層を感情的に煽るものです。
これは日本でも同じで、よく「マスゴミは....」などの書き込みがネットで散見されますが、同じ手法だと思います。
報道メディアで働く一人としては、決して根も葉もないところから記事をでっちあげるなんてことはまず考えられないですね。
